Hose Testing and Certification
We perform hydrostatic testing and ID tagging on both newly fabricated hose assemblies and customer-owned hose inventory.
In addition to certifying new assemblies in accordance to NAHAD Hose Safety guidelines, customers routinely count on us to re-certify their existing inventory—ensuring that it can be depended on for upcoming critical projects. Our team then catalogs each test date, recording a complete history of that hose from new fabrication to decommissioning date.
Kitting & Custom Packaging
We provide OEM kitting, bundling, and sub-assembly services that streamline production builds from purchase to installation. Our team assembles kits using returnable bins or custom packaging, delivering all required components to the installer in the exact quantities and batches needed.
We can consolidate sub-assemblies and components under a single master part number, allowing for one part number and price point for all required hose, tube, and adapters in your bill of materials.
Geib Delivers, VMI & Bin Stocking
When you partner with Geib Industries, our products arrive where and when you need it—at your door, dock, jobsite, or directly in their bins. We can support client needs by a vendor-managed inventory program (VMI), ensuring that our product is available when and where it’s needed.
Our teams provide on-site bin stocking to keep inventory organized and accessible. We can break bulk purchases into department, or facility-specific, packs and provide label for bins and packaging that include barcode or QR code identification.
